Maureen McCambridge wished for an endowment fund to help St. Paul Students and Teachers. She began this concept in 1999 and it became a reality a few years later. After her passing in 2005 the endowment received several donations and a scholarship was created in her name.
Each year a scholarship is given to a 7th grade leader to help pay for their 8th grade year. This is a great tradition but the family wants the scholarship awareness to keep growing. 12 years later this fund is now in the millions!
SPC and Maureen’s family wants to spread the word and encourage 7th grade students and St. Paul of the Cross teachers to apply for these funds. There is no better way to do so than by celebrating her legacy.
This event will be honoring Mo’s favorite things – family, children, leaders, teachers, students, food and friends – and of course, queso and red wine!
